We track SCRA violations, especially foreclosures. Separating military from civilian consumer debt cases is extrememely difficult, and creditors -- mortgage banks, auto leasing companies, mobile phone carriers, etc... -- do not help.

We understand the serious complications that foreclosure and credit problems cause soldiers, and why soldiers are often reluctant to speak out and share the information. We encourage you to share as much information as you choose, and you may do so anonymously or confidentialy. The information is being collected by a private company, so we have no obligation to turn it over to a creditor or any of their agents. We are dedicated to helping military personnel, and to protecting your privacy, not helping banks. The purpose is to release the information to lawyers who can help, and to lawmakers trying to address the problem.
